Pianist/composer Aaron Choulai started Vada around the turn of the century. If you were in Melbourne at this time, you may have seen them at their lengthy Cape Lounge residency or at Bennetts Lane or Cafe 303.
Other projects included several East Coast tours and a project involving the Tatana Village Choir from PNG entitled 'We Don't Dance For No Reason'.
